YouTube chat comes from Streamer.bot on the PC that monitors your YouTube stream. Add that PC under Connections, then pick it below (same display name as in Connections).
On that PC: enable the WebSocket server. If Authentication is on, enter the same password in Connections for that Streamer.bot row (required to send chat).
In Streamer.bot: Platforms → YouTube → Accounts — sign in Broadcaster Account (required). Use Bot Account only if you want sends from a second Google account.

Changes your stream title, category, and tags on Twitch. You need to be logged in under Setup → Twitch.

Sends to your Twitch chat when pressed: plain text, !commands, or mod slash commands such as /emoteonly off, /raid username, /shoutout channel. Requires Twitch connected with chat permissions.
Record follows, cheers, subs, raids, watch streaks, and more while Twitch is connected. Press on Live to review everyone at end of stream. Alerts persist across refresh; they reset after 4 hours with no chat activity or when you change channel/page.
Uncheck types you do not want on this button’s list.
When pressed, loads followed channels that are live on Twitch (Helix). Tap a row to run /raid on that channel. Re-login to Twitch after updating if the list fails.
